Production:
The shaped components are made of polymerization of PTFE resins, then it still need the double processing means or special production methods in order to achieve the precision.Thus they turned the Gaskets ,Shaft ,Special-shaped.
Filled Material reinforced:
1) Graphite filled, increase thermal conductivity, lubrication, abrasive resistance
2) Cooper powder filled, increase intensity, abrasive resistance
3) Glass fiber filled, increase hardness and intensity
4) Carbon fiber filled, to increase intensity
Products Application:
Application of -1800C to +2500C temperature under various corrosive medium in seals, tube parts, chemical corrosion resistant vessels, mechanical equipments wear down, lubrication materials, various frequency of insulating parts.
In addition, our company uses the existing machines to produce products according to customers’ requirements of various components.
